Busan Dwaeji Gukbap

Busan Dwaeji Gukbap is a restaurant in Seoul that serves Busan-style pork soup and milmyeon. The pork soup has a mild broth with little odor, and diners add chives, perilla seed powder, salted shrimp, and seasoning sauce. At lunchtime the restaurant fills up or has a line, but the food comes out quickly and there is enough parking. It is crowded and busy at lunch.
