Bukkumiui Dalin

Bukkumi-ui Dalin is a traditional snack shop in Jongno, Seoul, selling susu bukkumi at the Jongno end of Gwangjang Market. The chewy sorghum dough is filled with three kinds of red bean paste sorted by sweetness and made with domestic ingredients, giving it a mild, not-sweet flavor. Each bukkumi is filled generously with red bean, shaped and grilled one by one, so the wait until they are fully cooked is fairly long. The taste is mild rather than sweet, so anyone expecting sweetness will find it plain.
