Bukchon Dodam

Bukchon Dodam is a Korean restaurant in an alley next to the Constitutional Court in Jongno-gu, Seoul, serving kimchi jjim and suyuk. The kimchi jjim, its signature dish, boils well-fermented aged kimchi and thoroughly boiled pork like an omori jjigae. Around 11 a.m. you can walk in, but a wait forms around 11:20 to 11:30. The indoor tables are few, so the space is on the small side.
