Bokmin Hoetjip is an old restaurant in Seoul that serves assorted hoe and seafood platters. The seon-eo hoe is eaten wrapped in soybean powder and vegetables, and the seafood platter includes anago, salmon, and flounder. The composition of the assorted hoe changes on request, and there is also a set of hoe, yukhoe, and sundubu. The hoe, yukhoe, and sundubu set is a small amount for three people to eat.
