Beolgyo Yeongyang Chueotang

Beolgyo Yeongyang Chueotang is a chueotang restaurant in Seoul that serves chueotang made with wild loach and hongeo muchim. Live loach is ground and boiled into a milky broth, seasoned with salt, gochutgaru, and deulkkae garu. The space has one four-person table and three four-person tables on a raised wooden floor where shoes are removed, and takeout is available. There is no parking lot.
