Baozi

Baozu is a dumpling restaurant next to Hyehwa Kalguksu at Hyehwa Rotary in Seoul. Its mandu soup combines chicken broth with cabbage, scallions, and pho, while the grilled dumplings keep a distinct vegetable aroma. The last order before the break is at 2:30 p.m., and leftover food is packed for takeout. The donkatsu is plain.
