Bangadari Gamjaguk is an old rice-meal restaurant in an alley across from the Jongno 6-ga General Market, serving one dish: gamjaguk. The clear, spicy broth holds dried radish greens and large potatoes, and it comes with three side dishes: geotjeori, kongnamul muchim, and danmuji. The kitchen boils only two pots a day starting around 10 a.m., and closes around 3 p.m. once they sell out. Payment is cash only.
