Bakseokgogae

Bakseokgogae is an old kalguksu and mandu restaurant in Hyehwa. The kal-mandu option lets you order both dishes together, served in a light but rich broth with chewy noodles and dumplings. The modern building is styled after a hanok, has many rooms, and requires removing your shoes before entering. Modal jeon and bugeo jjim are also on the menu.
