Bakgane Yukhoe

Bakgane Yukhoe is a Korean restaurant inside Gwangjang Market that serves yukhoe, bindaetteok, and yukhoe gimbap. The yukhoe gimbap contains soft raw beef and perilla leaf, and is eaten dipped in wasabi mayo or egg yolk. Yukhoe and makgeolli arrive quickly after ordering, with no wait for the food. Beef radish soup is not served.
