Baekje Jeongyuk Sikdang

Baekje Jeongyuk Sikdang is a butcher-style restaurant in a side alley next to Nakwon Sanga, across from Exit 4 of Jongno 3-ga Station in Seoul. It serves yukhoe, chadolbagi, and deungsim and special cuts, with seasoned yukhoe wrapped in chadolbagi and the remaining yukhoe finished as bibimbap with seasoned rice. The second floor has shoe-off floor seating and table seating, and reservations are common, so an early visit is needed. Meat is grilled on parchment paper, giving it a steamed texture rather than a seared one.
