Baegam Bakgane Sundaeguk

Baekam Bakgane Sundaeguk is a sundae guk restaurant in an alley in Tongin-dong, Seochon, Seoul, serving sundae guk and pork offal. The gukbap holds more head meat and offal than sundae, and comes with chives and salted shrimp, while the broth is clear and has almost no gamey smell. On weekday evenings many guests eat alone, and the dining room is kept clean. At lunchtime there are no seats or a wait.
