Ardore Cucina

Adore Cucina is an Italian restaurant tucked inside a residential area of Hyehwa-dong in Jongno-gu, Seoul. It serves whole-squid rosé pasta, pizza, and lasagna, with the pasta holding a whole squid including its legs in rosé sauce and a large calzone folded like a half-folded pizza as the signature dishes. The open space seats around ten tables and includes a six-person room, with parking for three to four cars in front, and weekend lunch requires booking well in advance. Being in a corner of the residential area, it is hard to find without being a local resident.
