Andongne

Andongne is a pork specialty-cut grill restaurant in Jonggak, Seoul. It par-grills chewy cuts such as kkodeul-sal, gwanja-sal, and ppol-sal before serving them. The meat comes off the grill with a smoky char, and diners help themselves to minari from a self-service station. There is also outdoor seating, and the inside of the restaurant is cold in winter.
