Andong Kalguksu

Andong Son Kalguksu Gye-dong Branch is a kalguksu restaurant on the Gye-dong street that runs from Bukchon to Changdeokgung, serving Andong-style knife-cut noodles and a mixed jeon platter. The noodles are hand-kneaded and soft, the broth is made with meat stock, and the mixed jeon platter includes neulgeun hobak jeon, kimchi jeon, dongtae jeon, and mushroom jeon. On Saturdays it is open until 9 p.m. and on Sundays it is closed. Seating is in a room-style floor arrangement, so guests sit on the floor, which is uncomfortable.
