Aiso

Iso is a small restaurant in the alleys near Jongno 3-ga Station in Jongno, Seoul, serving hanwoo hambagu and Korean-style omurice. It grills hanwoo, galbi, and demi hambagu, and diners add self-bar eggs to make ganjang gyeryanbap. The demi hambagu comes as two 90g patties, brought out one at a time so each is eaten warm. The compact space is centered on counter seating, suiting solo diners and dates.
