1PIG Ikseon is a pork charcoal grill restaurant at the entrance of Ikseon-dong in Seoul that grills pork collar and samgyeopsal. The pork collar is juicy, and the gabrisal is par-grilled, dipped in sauce, and grilled again, with abalone roe pasta and aged kimchi gimbap available on the side. Staff grill the meat at the table at the right timing, a meat refrigerator sits at the entrance, and corkage is free. The dining room is loud, so it does not suit a quiet meal.
