Yongsuyeom

Yongsumyeom is a dessert shop in Insadong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, that sells candy pulled into threads like yongtaerae. The yongtaerae it serves is not very sweet and has a peanut flavor, and children eat it well. Staff respond in multiple languages and show the making process in front of customers. Two Yongsumyeom shops sit side by side, which can make it confusing to tell which is which.
