Teolbone Hotteok is a street stall selling hotteok in Moran Market in Seoul. The dough is made with corn flour and filled with sugar, sunflower seeds, and peas before being griddled. On weekends a line forms, and cooking from the start of griddling to completion takes about 10 minutes. The sugar burns, which leaves the surface of the hotteok looking black.
