Wednesday is a cafe in the middle of the main street of Insadong, Seoul, serving traditional tea and bingsu. It offers ssanghwacha, danpatjuk, and patbingsu, and staff bring the tea and food you order to your seat. From the second-floor terrace you can look down over Insadong-gil, and on weekends it is busy enough that there are no seats. Menu prices are on the high side.
