Samcheong Bingsu

Samcheong Bingsu is a dessert shop in Samcheong-dong, Seoul, selling patbingsu, sweet potato bingsu, mango bingsu, kaya toast, and bungbbang. The bingsu is made by grinding milk ice into a chewy texture. On weekend afternoons three parties were waiting, but entry was quick, and the indoor space is clean and cool. The shop is small and loud, so quiet conversation is difficult.
