Nelissen

Nelissen is a cafe in Jongno, Seoul, that sells Belgian waffles, chocolate, and coffee. The Liege waffle has a crisp outside and a chewy inside, and comes with toppings such as chocolate, raspberry sauce, and ice cream. A Belgian husband and Korean wife run the cafe and serve customers in English. Alongside the waffles, the menu includes a marshmallow melo cake and an Ethiopian blend drip coffee.
