Kokkili Bagel Insa-dong

Kokkiri Bagel Insadong is a bagel shop in Insadong, Seoul, selling oven-baked bagels and coffee. It bakes butter salt, plain, and ratatouille bagels in a wood-fired oven and also sells sandwiches. Orders are placed on the first floor, and seating is on the second and third floors. It opens at 8 a.m., with the first bagels coming out at 8:30 a.m., and the texture is softer inside and out than typical bagels, closer to bread, so opinions on it vary.
