Hwasubun

Hwasubun is a bakery in Ihwa-dong that sells bread and patbingsu, located near Hongik University's Daehangno campus. It sells danpatppang and soboro, and the danpatppang contains sweet red bean paste and fresh cream together. The patbingsu ordered in summer tops shaved ice made from frozen milk with whole red beans, and the portion of red bean is generous. The red bean paste is characterized by a not-very-sweet taste.
