Hap Won Seojeom is a rice cake cafe near Anguk Station in Wonseo-dong that serves Gaeseong juak and traditional hangwa. It pairs Gaeseong juak with dasik and jeungpyeon, and also offers misutgaru, baesuk, and patbingsu. A three-sided window looks down onto hanok roof tiles, and small group seating inside the small shop makes it a space for quiet conversation. Prices are on the high side for the portions.
