Gwangjang Market Chapssal Kkwabaegi (Glutinous Rice Twist)

Gwangjang Sijang Chapssal Kkwabaegi is a dessert shop in Gwangjang Sijang that sells freshly fried chapssal kkwabaegi and black rice chapssal snacks. The kkwabaegi are fried crisp on the outside, then coated in sugar and cinnamon, leaving the inside soft and chewy. Lines form on weekdays and weekends, day and night, but the frying turns over quickly so the wait is not long. There is no seating area inside the shop.
