Flipper's Ikseon

Flippers Ikseonjeom is a dessert cafe in Ikseon-dong near Jongno 3-ga Station that serves souffle pancakes and coffee. The menu includes honey blueberry yogurt, lemon and rare cheese, and Guerande salted caramel butter, with fruit and cream on the side, and the pancakes arrive warm and fluffy. The shop is a renovated hanok, and the souffle pancakes can be seen being made from outside. Pancake prices are on the high side.
