Dong-Gam

Donggam is a coffee shop near a village bus stop in Seoul, set well away from the subway. It serves hand-drip coffee and distinctive desserts, with no machine coffee, tea brewed like drip coffee, and kimchi ice cream and lavender milk tea on the menu. There is no sign, and about three tables are arranged side by side, with a handwritten menu and order sheet placed on the table for ordering. One person runs the shop, so orders can take 30 minutes.
