Deungseonjae

Deungseonjae is a coffee, drink and bakery cafe on a small alley set back from the hanok street in Ikseon-dong, Seoul. Its signature item is a maple croffle: a waffle made from croissant dough, baked crisp, topped with vanilla ice cream and served with maple syrup on the side. The hanok building is divided into several sections and rooms, and seating is ample and on the quiet side. Because it sits in a narrow alley further in, the way there is confusing on a first visit.
