Dal

Dal is a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, that mainly serves bingsu and waffles, located on the road leading down from Samcheongdong-gil to Bukchon. The hangari patbingsu grinds milk ice and regular ice together and tops it with two scoops of vanilla ice cream and rice cakes. The building covers a hanok roof and has full-glass windows, so the Samcheong-dong scenery outside is visible, and the interior is on the neat side. Prices are on the higher side.
