Coffee Chingu

Coffee Chingu is a roastery cafe on the first floor of an officetel commercial building near Jonggak Station in Seoul. It brews hand-drip coffee from beans it roasts itself, using an old-fashioned drip method that gives the place the feel of a Japanese kissaten. At lunchtime a wait forms, and each cup is served with a saucer. The coffee is on the light side.
