Changsin Sungin Quarry Observatory

Cafe Nakta sells coffee and tea on the second floor of the quarry observation deck at the top of Changsin-dong. Seats by the full-length window look down over the old quarry and the city of Seoul, and orders are placed at a kiosk. Take the elevator from the first floor up to the cafe on the second, and a rooftop observation deck continues on the third. The restroom is a three-to-four minute walk down outside the building, and a key is needed to use it.
