Cafe Onhwa Ikseon is a cafe in Ikseon-dong, Seoul, built by renovating a hanok. It serves souffle pancakes and coffee, and the souffle is soft, fluffy, and not very sweet, with milk tea and pistachio latte also available. Orders and payment are made at the counter without a menu, and customers find their own seats and carry their food themselves. The drinks taste less satisfying than the souffle.
