CAFE BIBI

Cafe Bibi is a large cafe near Gugidong Tunnel in Seoul that serves coffee and dessert. It sells mango bingsu and scones, and the scones are baked in-house. It opens at noon and runs until midnight, and the third floor is reached by an external staircase. There is a rooftop and a mobile seat for dogs, but the coffee is ordinary.
