Bubing

Bubing is a bingsu cafe in Buam-dong, Seoul, serving patbingsu and seasonal bingsu. The ice has a strong milk flavor, red bean is packed into the center, and the pea, super sweet corn, caramel, and malcha bingsu rotate by season. You take a seat first and then order at the counter, and because each person must order one bingsu, a line forms even on weekdays. Parking is not available.
