Beolsae

Beolsae is a drip coffee shop in the underground shopping arcade of the Sinmunro Building in Gwanghwamun, Seoul. It serves Einspänner and Vienna coffee as its signature drinks, and offers hand-drip orders with beans chosen by origin such as Rwanda and Colombia. On weekday lunchtimes takeout customers crowd in, but after 1 p.m. jazz or classical music plays and the shop fills up with around 10 to 12 people. The space is small and the heights of the desks and chairs do not match, making the seating uncomfortable.
