Okagura is an izakaya in Jongno that serves ramen and skewers, located in front of Jeonju. The tonkotsu ramen centers on a thick broth and chewy noodles, and the assorted skewers arrive in the order they are grilled. The stairs down to the basement floor are steep, and the interior is divided into room-style seating. Both lunch and dinner draw long waits.
