MOU (Bar MOU)

MOU is a cocktail bar in the Jongno 3-ga area of Seoul. It serves a range of cocktails and also pours Talisker on nitro. As a membership bar, it takes orders for herbal tea as well. The cocktails are good, but they run on the expensive side.
