Macheonru

Macheonru is an izakaya in the Stargold Building on the ninth floor below Bosingak in Jonggak, Seoul, serving seiro-mushi and aged assorted hoe. The seiro-mushi, its signature dish, steams vegetables, beef brisket and seafood in a cypress frame to take on the wood's scent, while the aged assorted hoe is called moi-awase. The seiro-mushi comes in a generous portion and noodles can be added at the end. Prices are on the higher side.
