Ilsim

Ilsim is an izakaya in Jonggak, Seoul, serving sashimi and Japanese-style anju. The seasonal assorted sashimi is thick-cut and varied, and the beef sukiyaki comes with plenty of bean sprouts and mushrooms. Seats are divided by partitions, which makes it easy to hold small conversations, and weekday evenings tend to be quiet. There is a wide selection of sake.
