Gonggan is a small cocktail bar in an Insadong alley that serves Korean-style creative cocktails alongside classic ones. The interior mixes hanok and zen styles, with small plates such as burrata cheese, melon, jamon, and tomato dishes. It opens at 4 p.m. and makes simple snacks from ingredients left over from the cocktails. The signature menu changes over time.
