Palbala Samcheong Main Branch is a French-style wine bar in Samcheong-dong, next to the main road of Gyeongbokgung. It serves rich onion soup, boeuf bourguignon, and a signature carbonara, with sides ranging from jamon to pasta. Without a reservation, the wait can run about 15 minutes, and the second-floor terrace looks out on the Gyeongbokgung wall and the entrance to Cheong Wa Dae. Portions are small, so it is not enough for a full meal.
