Dalmak Dalmak is a makgeolli bar in a side alley near Anguk Station Exit 6 in Insadong, Seoul. It serves bacon cheese potato pancake, squid sundae pancake, and flat dumplings alongside several kinds of makgeolli. The interior is a converted hanok that keeps its traditional sliding doors, and visitors can call ahead to give notice of their visit. When the bar is crowded, food comes out late.
