Yawon

Yawon is a hanok tea house on Beonyeong-ro in Jocheon, Jeju, serving traditional teas such as daechu cha and ginger yuja cha along with omegi tteok. Guests drink tea facing a large garden through full-length windows, with an onggi-filled back yard behind. The interior is divided into floor-sitting and chair seating, and the room floors are heated. It is about 30 minutes from downtown Jeju on bus 211, and in bad weather most of the inner seating is floor-sitting, which matters for anyone with knee or back trouble.
