Hamdol

Hamdol is a bar in Hamdeok, Jeju, that serves tonkotsu ramen and maze ramen alongside drinks. The ramen uses pork and chicken broth with thin, chewy noodles, chashu, and soft-boiled seasoned eggs. Rice and extra noodles can be added for free, whole garlic is crushed by hand, and the maze noodles come with kelp vinegar. The menu also includes Halla tonic and tomato beef potato pasta.
