Mungane Yurim

Mungane Yurim is a monkfish restaurant in Jeonggwan, Busan, serving monkfish jjim and monkfish suyuk. It uses fresh monkfish, which has less fishy odor, includes plenty of monkfish meat, and seasons the dish with yam instead of starch. Side dishes are served with the monkfish dishes. Monkfish jjim is the signature dish, while monkfish suyuk is served as an accompaniment.
