Janginchon Guksu

Jangin Chon Guksu is a small noodle shop in Busan that serves chon guksu, bibim guksu, and kalguksu. The chon guksu uses green noodles made from dough prepared in-house, served in a broth with bajirak dadeagi and accompanied by cheongnyang gochu powder. The gochutgaru is strong in heat, so it should be added little by little, and kalguksu can be ordered from two servings. Payment is cash only, so cards are not accepted.
