Janggane Kalguksu

Janggane Kalguksu is a restaurant in Jeonggwan, Busan, serving spicy, seafood and perilla-seed kalguksu along with gimbap. The spicy kalguksu suits a hangover meal, the seafood kalguksu comes with a clean, refreshing broth, and the perilla-seed kalguksu uses 100% perilla seed for a deep flavor. At lunchtime there can be a wait, so arriving at opening or around 1 p.m. is worth considering. The kimchi and mu-kimchi served as side dishes are on the weak side.
