Gobchang-Go

Gopchanggo is a gopchang restaurant in Jeonggwan, Busan, grilling hanwoo gopchang, daechang and heart over charcoal. Ordering the mixed platter brings several cuts, with buchu muchim and sundubu on the side. The gopchang arrives pre-grilled and staff grill it further, and the sundubu is refilled. Gopchang jeongol is also served, and the grilled dishes carry no off-odors.
