Gangwon-do Makguksu

Gangwon-do Makguksu is a noodle restaurant in Gijang and Jeonggwan, Busan, serving mul makguksu, bibim makguksu, suyuk, and buckwheat pancakes. The mul makguksu comes with cold broth and chewy buckwheat noodles, and the buckwheat pancakes are served as several thin pieces. A large parking lot sits next to the restaurant, and many families eat there. The bibim makguksu seasoning is less spicy than that of Jinju naengmyeon or milmyeon.
