Duteop Sam is a Korean restaurant in Busan that serves samgyeopsal (pork belly). Staff grill the meat for you, and a self-service bar offers enoki mushrooms, thinly sliced potatoes, and vegetables for wrapping. The doenjang jjigae is slightly spicy, and the gonggibap made with Suhyangmi rice has a nutty aroma. The samgyeopsal is cooked without any gamey smell, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
